Lotte Rensen is Coordinator Marketing & Communication at Atria. She graduated cum laude from the University of the Arts Utrecht (HKU), Master Crossover Creativity, and is specialized in online movement building and digital innovation around complex multi-stakeholder issues in the social context. Lotte previously worked at Rutgers, where she was project leader for SheDecides: the international women’s rights movement that was founded by former Dutch minister Lilianne Ploumen.
In addition to her work for Atria, Lotte is founder and chair of the board of AM | Talent dat het maakt (formerly active under the name Ambitious Girls), an initiative that is committed to a healthy, safe and equal workplace for its community of more than 43,000 female members. Lotte is also a member of the Advisory Board of Corporate Queer, where she focuses on LGBTI emancipation and the portfolio holder is for PR & Communications.
