This publication analyses the (still existing) gap between work and life balance, the balance between paid work and private life, which is one of the significant barriers for career and education of employees in precarious work. This problem does not refer only to women and/or mothers but also to men.
Companies already applying work-life balance policy are aware of long lasting investment in the field of human resource management.
