Summary:
Manifesta is a call for transformation of culture, values, society and human beings. It demands right to freedom, dignity, individuality, creativity, autonomy to all people, irrespectively of gender. It demands equal share of childcare, equality on labor market, possibilities to reconcile private life and career. The text calls for economic transformation, change in consumption and labor market relations, ecological awareness. The manifest criticises social stereotypes offering different morality and possibilities of development for women and men. It harshly criticises gender based violence, including sexual violence; demands freedom of choice and reproductive rights for women. Manifesta demands equal treatment of women and men and wants it now!
