The document is divided in two parts: a statement about how women must participate in the struggle for democratic rights, in order to gain awareness of their own specific problems; and the conclusions that, around different subjects (women and society, education, family, work, local communities), denounce the inequalities that women suffer in each area and put forward demands in order to overcome these situations.
