On the day Atria opens its doors in Utrecht, the knowledge institute for women’s gender equality and women’s history will receive a special inaugural donation from Dolle Mina Utrecht.

The donation consists of unique Dolle Mina magazines, which were printed in limited numbers and available only in small print runs.

Atria has been managing the heritage of women’s movements for ninety years, including the archive of the original Mina’s from the 1970s. This donation provides a contemporary continuation of that story.

"Let Atria here in Utrecht be a hub of scholarly learning, where both women and men can study the history of the women’s movement."
Sabine Waasdorp (Dolle Mina Utrecht)

With its move from Amsterdam to Utrecht, Atria is taking a new step forward after ninety years. The organisation is looking forward to collaborating with partners in the city and the wider region.
