Statement following the ruling on appeal (Darmoni - Atria case)
Last week, the Amsterdam Court of Appeal ruled in the appeal filed by the former director-director in the case against Atria. This ruling found in favour of the former director-director. Atria regrets and respects this conclusion in an issue that has only losers.
Despite the outcome, the prevailing feeling is that this concludes a difficult period. Atria focuses on the future and remains committed as a knowledge institute for gender equality and women's history.
