On the 24th of May Atria will screen Dolle Mina: het lef om luidruchtig te veranderen (Mad Mina: the courage to rebelliously make change) (2010). The documentary looks back on Dolle Mina, one of the most well-known activist groups of the ‘70s in the Netherlands. Afterwards an interview with Linda Duits will be held, followed by a conversation with the audience moderated by Meredith Greer.
Duits’ freshly published book Dolle Mythes (Mad Myths) critically and humoristically debunks 5 criticisms of ‘feminism’s second wave’, whilst connecting it to contemporary debate.
